Description
Thousands of our pumps work on ship’s engine rooms, water supply systems, heating systems and many other. Our strategy assumes manufacturing of most pump elements. Only accessories such as electric motors, roller bearings and mechanical seals are acquired from other famous manufacturers.
All pumps are driven by 50 or 60 Hz electric alternating current motors. Pumps WL and WLs with capacities up to 400 m3/h are single-suction pumps, but WL and WLs 630 and 1000 m3/h are double-suction pumps. Pumps with capacities up to 160 m3/h can be also assemble to the wall.

Advantages
Quiet operation, minimal space for mounting, simple construction, small number of components, plain attendance. Removing the rotating item, seals and bearings without dismounting motor and pipe connections.
Uses
For contamination-free mediums such as fresh water, sea water, oil and other liquids of visconsities up to 5oE (38,2cSt) and the following temperature ranges: # fresh water and oil - up to 95oC; # sea water - up to 45oC.
Operating range
Pumps WL and WLs cover nominal capacities from 25 m3/h up to 1000 m3/h.
Pumps WL can operate at the following inflow values:
- up to 20 m for the pumps of delivery head
- up to 35 m up to 15 m for the pumps of delivery head
- up to 40 m up to 10 m for the pumps of delivery head greater than 40 m
The maximum manometric suction head is 5-7 meters of water column depending on the pump size. The maximum manometric suction head is specified for clean liquid at the temperature of 20oC and at the atmospheric pressure of 760 mm Hg. All pumps can work in manually, automatically or remotely controlled systems.

Pumps type Pa
Pumps type Pa are vertical vacuum pumps with a water ring.
Applications
Pumps type Pa are usually used together with vertical and horizontal impeller pumps, thus forming a selfpriming pump unit. The main function of the vacuum pump type Pa is to create vacuum both in the suction pipeline and the impeller pump. It causes the pumped liquid to be sucked into the impeller pump and makes normal work possible. In principle vacuum pumps Pa are designed to work together with pumps type WL made by GZUT JSC, but they can be used also for operating with other pumps and other pipeline systems.
Operating range
The vacuum pump type Pa fulfill their functions in the whole suction head range of impeller pumps WL. The maximum time of continuous operation is 600 sec.
Construction
The construction of pumps Pa enables its installation on the suction pipeline, on the casing of the main pump or on an independent supporting structures.
Please contact us before installing the pump Pa in already existing pump installation.
