We produce various types of ready-to-fit sanitary cabins,
suitable for ships and/or buildings. The most popular among them are five
different types of cabins, each made by either thin steel sheets, sandwich
panels or fibreglass walls.
Steel cabins are closed, self-supporting and stiff
constructions, insulated with mineral wool (Rockwool) on the outside and
finished with Perginol, terracotta tiles and/or PVC on the inside (walls,
floor and ceiling respectively). Colours used on the inside are according
to customer's request. The weight of a fully equipped steel cabin varies,
according to type, from 330 to 730 kg.
Sandwich panelled cabins are assembled on a steel base
and incorporate the same features as the steel cabins, except for the
inside finishing which applies only to the floor (Perginol, terrakota or
special mastic). Inside walls are covered with PVC film of any colour the
customer may request. They are much lighter than the metal cabins.
Our sanitary cabins are manufactured in accordance with
major Registry standards, approved by major Classification Societes,
in accordance with ILO and SOLAS requirements classification, as well as
with sanitary requirements of the customer's country.
Prior to delivery each cabin undergoes stringent quality
inspections, including leaking and piping pressure tests. Cabins to be
installed in ships are equipped with B-15 steel covered doors, (dimensions
range from 550-800 cm x 1.700 - 1.900cm) mounted on three (3) stainless
steel hinges. Each sanitary cabin is delivered by us as a module and
ready-to-fit element, fully furnished with all necessary sanitary and
fitting equipment, water, electrical and waste instalations, as well as
properly finished to meet any technical condition set out by the client.
