Our new company named "Stocznia Ustka" Sp. z o.o. was established in June 2002. The company continues the GRP part of production range of former shipyard "Stocznia Ustka" S.A.

Our great designing and manufacturing experience and present production capabilities cover a wide spectrum of GRP products, as:

• lifeboats, particularly of free-fall type, ranging from FFB57C2/T2 type for 18 persons up to FFB82C1/T1 type for 41 persons, both in cargo and tanker version, delivered complete with launching appliances (launching ramp only or, if there is no an appropriate deck crane available, a launching ramp with hydraulic davit), built in compliance with the latest SOLAS and Class requirements;
• rescue boats - type R44-II (4,4 m long, with control post hoisting slings or fixed hook) and type R44-III (hand - operated), delivered complete with appropriate launching davit;
• fast rescue boat type RF-60 (6,0 m long), delivered in complete with a special launching davit;
• workboats and patrol boats of various types - up to 12,5 m long (as LP057, PB81C, LP85 and KP12,5 - to mention just few types);
• passenger boats (of TB12,5 type), pleasure boats and motor cruisers, based of the "CYTRA" type hulls, from 5,0 m to 11,5 m long;
• fishing boats of various types, equipped accordingly to meet the customers' requirements, from 7 m to 12 m long (of LR-12/N type) up to 17 m long (of LR-17 type);
• kayaks and canoes, for one and two persons:
• GRP products for wind generators, as gondola casings, covering and fairing and spinners, etc.;
• specialized rescue products, as "Rescue Package BDS", comprising a light, open boat with a 15HP outboard motor and a special rescue board, enabling rescuing the peopke in water, on solid ice and ice floats on rivers, lakes and other areas where heavy equipment is not available or not usable. Free - Fall Lifeboats

Our free-fall lifeboats feature the following:

• Safe evacuation of the crew at ship’s trim up to 100 and heel up to 200 (or even more in case of tanker type vessels);
• Self-righting of the boat when loaded with its full or a partial complement of persons and equipment;
• Total unsinkability and positive stability;
• Capability of rendering effective protection against harmful accelerations resulting from being launched from the certification height;
• Spaces between inner shells and hull and canopy filled with a self-extinguishing polyurethane foam resistant to petroleum products, ageing and shrinkage;
• Large aft door and deck enable quick embarkation;
• Propeller and rudder blade guard provide sufficient safety of persons in the water and protects the propulsion system against damage by floating debris;
• Anti-skid surfaces in places where people may walk;
• All external fittings made of stainless steel;
• Boat lashing system enable automatic float-free release when the ship sinks;
• Fuel tank located under the floor ensures 24-hour operation at the 6-knot speed;
• Fire-retardant engine compartment sound insulated;
• Battery can be recharged from the engine-driven alternator, solar battery or from the ship’s power supply;
• Boat releasing for the free-fall launch is operated remotely from the helmsman’s post;
• Boats are delivered in “cargo” or “tanker” version, fire-protected, with additional compressed air and water sprinkler systems;
• Compressed airs system comprises air cylinders, pressure regulator with safety valves protecting the system and additional valves protecting against an excessive over or underpressure inside the boat;
• External water sprinkler system protects the boat during the passage through the burning petroleum products zone;
• All the boats can be delivered with EC MED type certificates or with certificate of specified classification society and/or maritime authority;
